The room had a stunning city view from the 30th floor. However, I struggled with thin walls and neighbor noise.

The hotel layout was quite confusing as the lobby is on the 30th floor. It took me a while to navigate finding my room, and I encountered staff who seemed uninterested in providing assistance. Additionally, the hotel lacked basic amenities like soap at the wash basin, forcing me to maneuver awkwardly between the bathroom areas.

The hotel impressed me with its location on the 30th floor, providing a great view of the city skyline. The proximity to the MRT Laojie river station made commuting easy, especially for airport transfers. I appreciated the free water bottles and slippers in the room. it added a nice touch. The room had a good size shower with decent water pressure, though the cleanliness level stood out the most. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, so I could hear noise from the outside, which occasionally disrupted my peace. The hotel had a bit of an outdated look from the outside, but the lobby on the same floor was welcoming and organized. While I found my room comfortable, I did struggle with the small size and lack of soundproofing. I also faced a frustrating taxi situation, as the hotel miscommunication left me without a ride from the airport at 2 am, making my arrival stressful. Despite these hiccups, I enjoyed my stay overall.

My stay at Xinshehotel, Chungli was a delight! The large bathroom with a city view was gorgeous, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The staff were very friendly and provided useful amenities like free water bottles and slippers.

The check-in was smooth, and I got a room with a view that let me see the city lights at night which was nice. I was surprised at how clean everything was, I mean, that’s basic expectation but it felt like they really took care of the place.

Wasn't the cheapest option out there but I guess for what I got it was still alright.
